Fundraiser Options

The Canadian Brewhouse provides:

  • Event tickets that include your organization’s logo (or namesake) and event information.
    • Each ticket includes a $6.99 coupon.
    • Printing and the coupon are free of charge; the organization keeps all proceeds from the ticket sale.
  • Space and tables for silent auction. Bid sheets can be provided if required.
    • Silent Auctions are usually where the most funds are secured during events.
  • Option for quick live auction on the Brewhouse sound system.
    • Reserved for higher end items.
  • Option for 50/50 draw – must secure your own license. (Please review rules with AGLC, BCLC, SLGA, or LGAM depending on province.)
The Canadian Brewhouse provides:

    • Printing and the coupon are free of charge; the organization keeps proceeds from the ticket sale after the cost per person for the appetizer buffet. For example, if you select a buffet option that would cost $9.99 – 11.50 per person and charge $20 per ticket, you would make additional money off of the ticket. TICKETS CANNOT BE SOLD AT THE VENUE DURING THE EVENT!
  • Space and tables for silent auction. Bid sheets can be provided if required.
    • Silent Auctions are usually where the most funds are secured during events.
  • Option for quick live auction on the Brewhouse sound system.
    • Reserved for higher end items.

  • Appetizer buffet ($9.99 – $11.50 per person depending on the number and selection of items).

For example, if you select a dinner that would cost $18 – 30 per person and charge $40 per ticket, you would make additional money off of the ticket. TICKETS CANNOT BE SOLD AT THE VENUE DURING THE EVENT!
  • Space and tables for silent auction. Bid sheets can be provided if required.
    • Silent Auctions are usually where the most funds are secured during events.
  • Option for quick live auction on the Brewhouse sound system.

  • Burger Bars, Steak/Prime Rib Dinner, or other pre-selected dinner options, including all sides (price per person based on item chosen, approximately $18 – 30 per person).
