Join our team where you can lead, inspire, and grow as the Director of Culinary! This is a pivotal role in managing and developing the culinary identity of the Canadian Brewhouse group, by mentoring and leading our Regional Manager team. This role requires a combination of culinary expertise, leadership skills, business sense, and creativity.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Coach, lead, and mentor our team of Regional Kitchen Managers 
  • Create and execute training practices for our culinary teams
  • Manage the company standards for culinary across the brand
  • Ensure our kitchens comply with all health and safety regulations 
  • Support our Executive Chef with culinary strategy
  • Conduct regular inspections and reviews with all stores
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Establish and maintain relationships with food suppliers
  • Collaborate with our Executive Chef, and Regional Managers to innovate and improve our menus

What do you need? 

  • Passion for the culinary industry
  • Previous experience working as a Chef 
  • Minimum of 5 years culinary management experience
  • Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
  • Experience with developing and managing training programs in the culinary industry
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively
  • Ambition and drive to create the best culinary teams in the industry
  • Flexibility to work long hours, and travel for work
