What is Dry Aged Steak?
Dry-aging allows beef to rest in a controlled environment, where natural enzymes break down muscle fibres and help develop rich flavours. This results in a steak that is incredibly juicy, tender, and aromatic, with a deeper, concentrated beef flavour and nuttier profiles. It’s a dining experience that any true steak lover should never miss out on!
Tickets include a Dry Aged Steak with a Red Wine Demi Glace. Served with Mashed Potatoes and Boursin Cheese, Broccolini and Cheese Toast. PLUS! A Welcome Dangle!
