The Canadian Brewhouse welcomes Andrew Hilton and his unparalleled palate to host our Beer Pairing Dinner! Each of the four courses is paired with a carefully curated Canadian craft beer to enhance your dining experience.
Menu:
First Course: Two-piece grilled crostini with Boursin spread, bruschetta, fresh parsley and a balsamic reduciton drizzle.
Second Course: Four-cheese Italian breaded ravioli with alla vodka sauce, fresh basil and parmesan.
Third Course Entree: A hand-carved half sirloin grilled to your liking with chimichurri sauce and a garlic toast spear.
Fourth Course Dessert: Tiramisu topped with whipped cream and chocolate sauce.
