How can I delete my account?

Please note that account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Your Rewards and all other information will be deleted.

To delete your account:

• Email app@thecanadianbrewhouse.com to request that your account is deleted. Please include:
  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • Email address associated with your app account

OR

• Open the app and navigate to More, then Edit Profile.
• Select Deactivate/Delete My Account
• Select the Delete My Account option
• Tap on the Delete My Account button

How do I earn points and Rewards?

Earning points is easy! When you visit any Canadian Brewhouse or Canadian Icehouse location, simply open the app and tap Earn, then scan the barcode on your receipt!

You’ll earn 15 points for every dollar spent. When you reach 3,000 points, your points are automatically converted into $10 in Rewards which can be applied to a future visit!

Where can I redeem Rewards?

Rewards can be redeemed at any Canadian Brewhouse or Canadian Icehouse except for the Edmonton International Airport location.

What can I use Rewards on?

Rewards can be used towards any menu item except for items containing alcohol or already discounted items.
