Brewhouse Half Dip: Classic favourite! Thinly sliced roast beef served on a baguette bun with horseradish mayo and served with au jus and a side of fries.

Roasted Turkey Half Club with Soup: Like a warm hug in sandwich form! Shaved turkey breast, maple peppered bacon, brie cheese, garlic mayo, iceberg lettuce, tomato, avocado, on garlic buttered toasted sourdough. Served with the soup of the day.

FIRST COURSE
Cracked Pepper & Sea Salt Dry Ribs: In-house cut and marinated riblets, fried and seasoned with sea salt and cracked pepper. Served with Asian ginger dipping sauce.

Wagyu Beef Gyoza: Canadian made beef gyoza using Alberta's own Brant Lake, grain-fed Wagyu beef. These pillow-like dumplings are served with maple ginger soy sauce and topped with spicy Sriracha mayo.
SECOND COURSE
Creamy Grilled Chicken Alfredo: What do you get when you toss chicken, mushrooms and alfredo sauce together? This delicious dish! Fettuccine noodles, grilled chicken and roasted mushrooms tossed in our creamy alfredo sauce and topped with Parmesan petals and parsley.

Alberta Wagyu Beef Ravioli: Saddle up for a taste of Alberta with Brant Lake Wagyu ravioli, smothered in a rich rosé sauce and topped with a sprinkle of MVP (Most Valuable Parmesan). Locally made, this dish is a true culinary cowboy!
