The Belvedere Ice Room is a unique tasting experience at The Canadian Brewhouse.
This expertly crafted, sub-zero tasting room is composed entirely of hand-crafted ice and snow and is kept at an ideal temperature of -35°C to hold the purity of our products without contamination.
You will be provided with a sanitized, goose-down jacket and mittens to ensure you remain at your ideal temperature.

Are reservations required?
Reservations are not required to experience the Ice Room. Kindly ask your server for more details on how to visit.
How long does the experience last?
The average time in the Ice Room is between 10 and 12 minutes.
Who is allowed into the Ice Room?
All guests aged 18 years and older can experience the Ice Room. All guests that appear under the age of 25 must provide government-issued identification to the host.
Groups must be no larger than 6 persons; any group larger than 6 will be split into separate groups.
Why serve spirits in the Ice Room?
A spirit will always taste best when cold, however, ice will only dilute the flavour.
The natural flavours and aromas of vodka are compromised when mixed with ice. The ideal serving temperature in the room allows you to experience the unique, natural flavours and aromas of the spirits.
Can I keep anything from my experience?
You get to keep the memories of an unforgettable tasting experience! All spirit glasses must be collected after use, and all jackets and mittens must be returned after the service to be properly sanitized.
Can I bring my beverage with me inside the Ice Room?
Absolutely no outside beverages or food are to enter the Ice Room.
