FAQ
How many people can ride with me?
Up to 13 people can ride on the bike bar (there are 10 pedalling seats, and the bench at the back can seat an additional 2-3 people). We require a minimum of 6 to run the tour. If we don’t meet the minimum, we reserve the right to reschedule the tour.
Can we drink on the bike bar?
YES! Yes, you can! A selection of canned beverages are available for purchase in advance of the tour’s start. You cannot bring your own liquor. Drinks are non-refundable. We will need to check photo IDs.
What should I wear?
We recommend layers for Alberta weather! There are small cubbies to store your extra layers in if you get hot. Do not wear flip flops, heels or open-toed shoes. Pants and shorts are recommended, dresses and skirts are not.
What if it is raining? Cold? Snowing?
We ride rain or shine! If there is a severe weather warning, the guide will determine if it’s safe to continue. If there is snow on the ground, the tour will be cancelled. If the guide cancels your tour for snow or any other reason, you will be given the option to re-book or request a full refund.
Is there music on board?
You bet! Connect to our Bluetooth system or utilize our playlists!
Who can ride?
We require riders to be 18+.

Can I bring my own alcohol?
No. Our licensing does not allow for outside liquor to be brought on board.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations more than 14 days prior. Tours will be rescheduled for cancellations 8-14 days prior. No refunds or tour rescheduling for cancellations within 7 days of the tour. Tours run rain or shine; in the event of severe weather tours as determined by Urban Pedal Tours may be delayed or cancelled. If tour is cancelled by UPT, a refund or rain check will be provided with as much notice as possible.
