Starter Caesar Salad

SECOND COURSE

Brewhouse Beef Dip: Thinly sliced roast beef served on a garlic buttered brioche bun with horseradish mayo and served with au jus.

Buffalo Chicken Wrap: Crisp breaded chicken tossed in spicy Buffalo sauce and homemade ranch dressing wrapped up in a cheese tortilla with cheddar cheese, lettuce and red onions.

DINNER MENU - $35

 

FIRST COURSE

Wagyu Gyoza: Locally made beef gyoza using Alberta’s own Brant Lake, grain-fed Wagyu beef. These pillow-like dumplings are served with maple ginger soy sauce and topped with spicy Sriracha mayo.

Face-Off Fried Pickles:
Breaded, crispy fried pickle spears served with fresh, homemade tzatziki sauce.

 

SECOND COURSE

The Canadian Burger: Our juicy burger served with cheese, bacon, iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, onions, Canadian Brewhouse burger sauce and pickles on a brioche bun.

Little Italy Chicken Parmesan: Hand-breaded, seasoned chicken breast, smothered with our homemade marinara topped with mozza and Parmesan cheeses and garnished with parsley. Served with creamy rosé fettuccine and garlic toast.
